Recap: eXtremeCRM 2013 in Rome

Thank you for joining us at the eXtremeCRM 2013 in Rome! It was great meeting you there!

The eXtremeCRM in Rome was an awesome experience for us. Arriving in beautiful Rome with sunshine and mild temperatures around 15 degrees, we checked in to the Rome Marriott Park Hotel and were delighted by the comfortable and beautiful ambience. As we arrived two days earlier, we did not hesitate to start discovering the beautiful city during a sightseeing tour on Saturday, visiting the Colosseum, the Trevi Fountain, the Saint Peter’s Cathedral and many more of the impressing sights.


Perform a config change of RecordCounter for MS CRM 2011

The current version of RecordCounter for MS CRM 2011 contains performance updates. These updates will take effect, once the following changes have been made to the config.


Save modes of RecordCounter for MS CRM 2011

If you hit the [OK]-button on the RecordCounter Server Config first, it will generate and save the fetches and then generate and import the RecordCounterServerConfig-solution.

In some cases it will be helpful to only save the fetches or only to import the solution.

RecordCounter - Plugin Registration Error

If the error message Plugin registration error of PTM Plugins! appears after the installation of RecordCounter, it means that the plugin wasn’t updated successfully. To solve this problem, please follow the instructions of this article.

Configure RecordCounter for custom n:n relations

Please note: It is not possible to set up custom n:n-relations by using the tree view of the RecordCounter Server Config!

Instead, you have to use the Configuration Tool. To do so, click on the [Configure RecordCounter]-button to open it.


Configure RecordCounter for unmanaged custom entities

To successfully enable RecordCounter (RC) for unmanaged entities, please follow these instructions:

First, enable RC for the custom entity. Simply check the checkbox in the tree view of the RecordCounter Server Config.

Then open CRM, navigate to Settings and click on Customizations.
