AutoMerge: specific settings for plug-in based printing

With AutoMerge for Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 On-Premise/Online, you are able to print the dynamically generated document automatically to a specific printer. Sometimes, the printer settings regarding trays, duplex, size, etc. are not applied if you define them using a specifc user account, because the service runs under different user accounts. In order to avoid this, AutoMerge offers you the possibility to define specific printing options in the workflow itself.


How to use TelephoneIntegration for MS CRM 2011 with MS Outlook only

If you want to use TelephoneIntegration without a browser, but with Outlook only, you have to install TelephoneIntegration Client v.5.54 or higher (click here to download the latest version) and to create a new settingskey. Please follow the below steps to do so.


TI client interprets outgoing calls as incoming calls
When dialling out with TI Client, an outgoing call may be interpreted as an incoming call. This happens, if the the installed TAPI driver does not deliver the DialTone event.
If the TAPI driver delivers the DialTone event, the driver interprets the call as an outgoing call. Otherwise, the driver interprets the call as an incoming call. In order to avoid the latter case, you have to set a new CRM settingskey for TelephoneIntegration.

GroupCalendar online license notification

Per default, GroupCalendar will show 10 days prior to the license expires a notification to all users (see Figure 1).

The notification can be limited to specific users and you can set the date of its first appearance.

Configure RecordCounter for unmanaged custom entities

GroupCalendar: Color-coding for Service Activities

With version 4.64 you have the possibility to set up for each service activity a specific color. GroupCalendar setup will create automatically a picklist attribute on the service activity entity which is used for this feature. To activate color-coding for service activities, you have to add this attribute to the main form of the entity. The attribute is named ptm_colorcode with the display name Color and is predefined with 12 colors.
