BugFix: A few retries when "Create all folders" failed

BugFix: Problem when "Create all folders" was called but no Plugin-User was specified

BugFix: "Open Document"-Functionality didn't worked with a few special characters (ä, ö, ü, &)

BugFix: aspnet_regiis is not called anymore on Windows Server 2008

BugFix: IFD connection was wrong recognized when the CRM server name is the same as the organization

BugFix: When there were a lot of custom entities, the ExportXML was too big for a web request. Saving LineItemCount failed when ExportXML was bigger than 8MB

Feature: Upload a file when the Windows Explorer Integration is enabled. You can choose which type of activity should be created

Feature: Toolbar with Windows Explorer Integration (jump to the root directory, open in Windows Explorer, Upload File)

Optimization: LineItemCount will be saved faster (only the entities which are changed will be exported and imported)

Optimization: Metadata are now cached locally. The server config starts faster and also the upgrade will run faster
