Order Fulfillment Hours: Orders placed between 8:00 AM GMT and 4:00 PM GMT Monday through Friday will be filled the same day. Orders placed after 4:00 pm GMT will be filled the following day beginning at 8:00 AM GMT. Orders placed after 4:00 PM GMT Friday will be filled beginning 8:00 AM GMT the following Monday. License files with instructions will be e-mailed to the email address listed on the order except where special instructions have been added to the order comments. If you have any questions about your order please send an e-mail to office@mscrm-addons.com and reference your organization name.
Additional Licenses: For customers purchasing additional licenses you need only purchase as many additional licenses as you require. We will send new license files for the total of your existing licenses as well as your new purchase.
Ordering Note: All purchases require your exact Microsoft CRM Organization name in order for us to generate product licenses.
