Adding a Document Minimize
In this Example we add a Document to a Contact.
 
First we select a Contact.
 
 
The typical Window with the new Tab 'Related Documents' appears.
 
 
After you selected the 'Related Documents' Tab, the System automatically creates the
System Folders on the Server, if necessary! The Categories-Page will appear. How many Categories you have or the Name of the Categories are all set in a XML-File.
 
 
After selecting a Category you will see a list of Files (or Documents), which are allready on the Server saved. In our case there are no Files.
 
 
To add a new Document/File you simply have to click on 'Add Document' on the right top.
Now a Web Page Dialog Window opens. To find the correct File you have to press 'Durchsuchen' (this means 'Browse').
 
 
Then the known System Dialog Window opens. Because we are working on an German PC the Language is German. Now you can act as normal. Select the File and press 'Öffnen' ('Open')
 
 
To Upload your file press [Upload]. This may take a little time, depending on the size of the File.
 
 
After the Upload the Window closes and you see the new Filelist.
