ActivityTools is an ehancement of EmailTools for MS CRM 4 and has been developed to simplify the use of activities within MS CRM.
ActivityTools offers two CRM Entity specific views:

Activity Preview This view provides the possibility to display all activities of a CRM record (contact, account, custom entity, ...). The look and feel is similar to MS Outlook with a list of all activities and a preview pane that is capable of displaying the activity’s content without the need to open each activity, to see its content.
All activity-types are covered (email, phone call, task, service task, letter,..). Even attachments can be opened directly from the preview pane (Click on the video below to get a detailed view).
Email Preview This feature gives you the possibility to look through a contact, account or any other activity enabled entity's emails as you normally view them in MS Outlook. The look and feel is similar to MS Outlook with a list of all emails and a preview pane. You don’t have to open each Email to see its content. You can see and even open the attachments from the preview pane. This view allows you also to directly forward,reply or print an email without the need to open the email. My Activities With this view the user has the possibilty to see all his activities in the typical "ActivityTools"-Style. This means you have a list on the left site and a preview pane on the right site.
My Queues This new view provides a list of all queues and items similar to the standard "Queues". The big difference is that this view includes a preview pane that is capable of displaying the activity's content without the need to open each activity, to see its content.
Grouping The Grouping-option provides multiple view for the Activity/Email-Preview to provide a compact overview on the activities associated with a CRM-record. It's possible to group the emails by Subject,Date,Regarding and to show them up in a simple ListView. The grouping functionality is available for the "Activity Preview", "Email Preview" and "My Activities"-View
Default signatures With only a few steps you can generate a default email-signature for all your users. Such standard signatures help to get a uniform email layout within MS CRM. This signature will be added to emails without any extra work for the user. Set a standard sender The possibility to set a standard sender for your emails is often very useful if all emails should be sent from one email address.(e.g. support teams, sales teams) WYSIWYG Editor We provide a WYSIWYG Editor to generate your signatures in MS CRM. By using this efficient editor, which is capable of working with HTML as well as with plain text, it is very easy to create personal signatures. Existing signatures can be imported by copy & paste.
"Normal" license(*1): Requires as many licenses as there are active users in CRM: "Per User" license: If you do not want to purchase a license for all your users you should take the per user model. The limitation you have with this model is that you have to purchase initially at least 10 licenses.
