This offers an easy way to convey important messages to the users of MS-CRM.

Alerts can be linked to every kind of entity. You have numerous options to set the alert display limits.
Simple creation of Alerts
Alerts are created directly on the entities. You can select one or many entries in the grid. In the MS-CRM Toolbar you will see a button called "Add Alert" - click on it! For an example play the Video ->
Deep Relation Search
You would like to show an Alert to a particular company in any records that are associated with this company?
Alerts checks relations. Thus it is possible to show an Alert in all records with contains a certain data record.
Example: Select a record to which you want to add an alert. Create an Alert and check the Checkbox “Relation Search – Search in every data for this dataset”. Now, this Alert will be shown on every Dataset that has a relation to the record.

This platform allows you to manage all Alerts. View all active, inactive or expired Alerts. Add, edit and delete Alerts or set advanced conditions to an existing Alert.

We have three license models:
1) Small edition
Alerts for MS CRM 4 is licensed per site. So you will need to buy one license per organisation. Alerts -Small supports organisations up to 20 active users.

2) Medium edtion
Alerts for MS CRM 4 is licensed per site. So you will need to buy one license per organisation. Alerts-Medium can be used in organisations up to 100 users.
Price for this model: 2500€
3) Enterprise edition
Alerts for MS CRM 4 is licensed per site. So you will need to buy one license per organisation. Alerts-Enterprise supports organisations with more than 100 active users.
Price for this model: 4000€
