Powersearch provides a powerful search routine including a full document search feature. I'ts possible to simplify the use of CRM by providing one page where all records could be found, presented and favourites can easily be accessed.

Document search
An index- service, which subscribes all documents within CRM provides a quick search on documents saved to an annotation and e-mail attachments. The documents, as well as the regarding annotation or e-mail can be directly opened from the search-results.

The Indexing-service has been extended to index documents saved to a Sharepoint or FileShare via DocumentsCorePack as well.

Favorites
All entities, advanced search, reports and websites can be accessed from within one page in MS CRM via the Favorites-functionality. Therefor, Powersearch provides a SPI (Single Point of Information), from where its possible to access any CRM-record very quick from within one page only.

Statistics
Important statistics like monthly revenues, cases, quote-states etc. can be preseneted at the top. Basically its possible to show up any statistic based on data saved in CRM as the query behind is based on SQL (fetchxml)

Quick Search
It's possible to add a quick-search -option in the top menu of every entity. This provides the possiblity to start a search from everywhere within CRM quickly
