GroupCalendar for MS CRM 4.0

GroupCalendar provides the possibility to display activities from multiple users or usergroups.
 

 


Grouping
It’s possible to show the calendar of single users, user groups, teams and additionally to load multiple users and define user-groups via an advanced search. This offers you a simultaneous view of activities from more than one user. This allows e.g. the head of the support department to get an overview over the activities of his subordinates, to avoid conflicts and coordinate them efficiently. A clear overview is provided by the group-specific views. Each user is able to define and save user groups or default users separately.
Activities
 It is possible to create notes and all types of activities (also recurring and service activities) directly out of the GroupCalendar.
Printing
Every view contains a print option including a print preview. It’s possible to choose the activities to display. Therefore it’s possible to e.g. get an overview over all meetings of a month.

Views

The GroupCalendar provides a number of different views. Every user is able to change some display settings to make the views meet his individual needs.
Day-,week-,month-view.
These views show up all activities within the specified duration. Activities can simply be opened with a double-click.. In the Month-view, activities lasting for several days are highlighted to keep a compact overview.
Top-down view
here the activities are separated for each user too. It is easily possible to reschedule activities via drag & drop.
GANTT-view
Every view can be either shown in the GANTT or list view. This is very helpful if you want to show up activities of many users.
Within the TopDown and GANTT view, activities can easily be rescheduled via Drag & Drop

"Normal"  license(*1): Requires as many licenses as there are active users in CRM:                          
"Per User" license: If you do not want to purchase a license for all your users you should take the per user model. The limitation you have with this model is that you have to purchase initially at least 10 licenses.
