Powersearch provides a powerful search routine including a full document search feature. I'ts possible to simplify the use of CRM by providing one page where all records could be found, presented and favourites can easily be accessed.

The combined-search-option allows to search and display CRM-records and documents at the same time.
In order to get a better view on search results, it's possible to switch to a compact view in which statistics and favourites are hidden(see picture above).

Configuration
The global server-side configuration allows to define all entities including relationships that should be provided to be searched. Addtionally users can choose the entities and therefore make the search fit to their personal needs.

Document search
An index- service, which subscribes all documents within CRM provides a quick search on documents saved to an annotation and e-mail attachments. The documents, as well as the regarding annotation or e-mail can be directly opened from the search-results.
All common file types (MS Office documents, Pdf, txt,...) are supported

Favorites
All entities, advanced search, reports and websites can be accessed from within one page in MS CRM via the Favorites-functionality. Therefor, Powersearch provides a SPI (Single Point of Information), from where its possible to access any CRM-record very quick from within one page only.

Statistics
Important statistics like monthly revenues, cases, quote-states etc. can be preseneted at the top. Basically its possible to show up any statistic based on data saved in CRM as the query behind is based on SQL (fetchxml)

Quick search
It's possible to place quick-search-buttons on each entity (e.g. accounts, contacts,..). This way, a search can be triggered from nearly everywhere within CRM without the need to open the Power-Search-main window. Results are displayed in a new explorer .

"Normal" license(*1): Requires as many licenses as there are active users in CRM:
"Per User" license: If you do not want to purchase a license for all your users you should take the per user model. The limitation you have with this model is that you have to purchase initially at least 10 licenses.
