GroupCalendar online license notification

Per default, GroupCalendar will show 10 days prior to the license expires a notification to all users (see Figure 1).

Figure 1: GroupCalendar expiration

The notification can be limited to specific users and you can set the date of its first appearance.

There are two new settings to modify this.

1. Setting name LicenseNotificationDays: an integer value which indicates the number of this when the notification should be shown prior to the expiration date.

E.g. you want to receive the notification 30 days before the license expires, you have to set the value of this setting to 30. Please also change IsCached to Yes

2. Setting name LicenseNotificationUserMails:
a comma-separated list of email addresses of the users which will be notified.

You have to specify the email address with which you logon to your CRM system.
When this setting is not configured, all users will get the notification.
Otherwise only the specified users will receive the notification. Please also save the setting with IsCached = Yes.
