How to set the font sizes in the TelephoneIntegration balloon

This blog article outlines how to set the font sizes in the TelephoneIntegration balloon.

Users have the possibility to define the font sizes for the values to be displayed in the TelephoneIntegration balloon.

Open the TelephoneIntegration setup with a right click on the TelephoneIntegration icon which you can find in the taskbar at the bottom of your desktop. Navigate to the Balloon-tab and then to the Internet Browser Popup Style-section.

Here, you can determine the main value font size and the CRM values font size.
