Document Generation and Processing Capabilities

Our solution was developed to help you streamline your overall business process. Besides various ways to trigger document generation, it comes with a bunch of options to process the document in one step. 

  • Supported File Formats

  • Attach to Email or Letter Activity

    Generate a new activity (email or letter) automatically - e. g. attaching the newly generated document
  • Auto-set Email Recipients & Subject

    Insert email recipients (e.g. insert potential customer(s) when sending a quote) and subjects automatically!
  • eSignatures (AdobeSign, AssureSign, DocuSign)

    DocumentsCorePack integrates AdobeSign, AssureSign and DocuSign solutions, that allow to define eSignature-fields directly inside the generated templates, as well as triggering the eSignature-process.

Template Design - The Power of MS Word

Easy, intuitive and powerful. Our Template Designer extends the capabilities of Microsoft Word with an interface to Microsoft Dynamics 365. Next to simple mapping of Dynamics 365 fields it provides a lot of additional features to ensure that our tool is capable to cover your needs.

  • Standard and Custom Entities

    The template designer allows to pull fields from standard as well as custom entities. 

  • Relationships

    All MS Dynamics 365 relationship-types are supported. There is no limitation on the number of relationships or levels resolved.
  • Filtering & Sorting Capabilities

    All retrieved records can be filtered and sorted in any imaginable way!
  • Loops

    Handling of One-to-Many or Many-to-Many relationships is easy. You can loop records inside tabels by designing the base layout of a row. It supports grouping, as well as performing calculations (like totals) for the items inside a loop.
  • Condition Fields

    If and else conditions can be placed in order to define conditional content inside your templates. Create your condition with the Condition Designer which has a similar look and feel as the Advanced Find in Dynamics 365.​​
  • Field Formatting

    Culture and format of money, integer and decimal fields can be set inside the template.
  • Dynamic Document Names

    The doucment name of generated documents can be pre-defined, supporting all fields from Dynamics 365 (e.g. Accountname, Quote-ID or date-fields).
  • Dynamic Save-Locations

    templates can be set with default paths for docuemnts generated. This e.g. allows to save documents generated from a quote to the potential customer
  • Pictures

    Whether pictures are stored as notes, as entity-images or simply by adding an URL to the picture inside Microsoft Dynamics 365: Our tool allows you to insert dynamic pictures (e.g. product pictures)
  • Dynamic Hyperlinks

    Our tool supports also hyperlinks that include Microsoft Dynamics 365-fields in either the link-name or the URL.
  • Calculations

    Basic arithmetic operations can be defined and the variables set to be Dynamics 365 fields. 
  • Insert Documents

    Insert other documents into the main document. (e.g. spec-sheets based on products selected) or conditional textparts.
