Support - Terms & Conditions


After  purchasing  the product  the customer  is  entitled to support  and  new  releases  (including release changes of MS CRM) of the purchased products(s) for one year from the time of purchase of the first product licenses. Subsequent purchases of additional licenses of the same product fall under the terms of the initial purchase.
After one year from initial purchase, the customer may purchase annual support contracts. We provides a 30-day grace period after support expiration to allow customers to purchase an additional year of support with Standard - Support-price.
In all cases where an additional year of support is purchased, the term of that support will commence as of the expiration date of the original support period.  For example, an organization that purchases product licenses on January 1, 2005 and waits to renew support until February 2006 will receive support through December 31, 2006; one year starting from the expiration of the original term.

Customers can contact our support from Mo-Fr 7am to 8pm (GMT +1) via telephone, email and chat. Our technical support will respond within a maximum of 8 working hours. The support contract includes updates, fixes, new releases and web sessions. Furthermore, valid support contract owners can upgrade our CRM 3 products to the CRM 4 and of course the 2011 versions free of charge.

Penalty - Support-price per license for 1 year
If the customer does not renew the support-contract within 30 days after expiration, he has to pay a penalty-support-price for 1 year (depending on the days between the expiration and the renewal) see below:

If the customer does not renew the support-contract within 1 year after expiration, the customer has to buy the licenses new.
