Easy, intuitive and powerful. Our Template Designer extends the capabilities of Microsoft Word with an interface to Microsoft Dynamics 365. Next to simple mapping of Dynamics 365 fields it provides a lot of additional features to ensure that our tool is capable to cover your needs.
Template Designer allows to pull fields from standard as well as custom entities.
All Dynamics 365 relationship-types are supported. There is no limitation on the number of relationships or levels resolved.
All retrieved records can be filtered and sorted in any imaginable way!
Handling of 1:1 or N:M relationships is easy. You can loop records inside tables by designing the base layout of a row. It supports grouping, as well as performing calculations (like totals) for the items inside a loop.
If and else conditions can be placed in order to define conditional content inside your templates. The Condition Designer is similar to the Advanced Find in Dynamics 365.
Display graphical representation of data in generated documents. It is possible to import charts from Dynamics 365 in any document or to create own custom charts from scratch.
