TelephoneIntegration allows users to dial from related CRM-records. This means that they have the possibility to select from a list of records related to the initially opened one when dialing out from CRM (e.g. from related leads, contacts, etc.). The example in the screenshot below shows that the user has the possibility to dial from all records which are related to the account ‘MSCRM-ADDONS.com’. Users have a good overview of the related records, as they are structured in main phone, connections, relations and others.
When you launch an upgrade installation of our products, the setup will update existing files and solutions in CRM. The default behaviour of upgrading a product installation has changed with all releases after 1st of March, 2013.

The eXtremeCRM in Rome was an awesome experience for us. Arriving in beautiful Rome with sunshine and mild temperatures around 15 degrees, we checked in to the Rome Marriott Park Hotel and were delighted by the comfortable and beautiful ambience. As we arrived two days earlier, we did not hesitate to start discovering the beautiful city during a sightseeing tour on Saturday, visiting the Colosseum, the Trevi Fountain, the Saint Peter’s Cathedral and many more of the impressing sights.
