There is another small update of the MSCRMADDONScomGeneral Solution which fixes a issue with Internet Explorer (IE) 10 when running in compatibility mode. When you're not using IE 10 yet it is not critical when you do not import the updated solution. But we still recommend to update the solution to be prepared for IE 10.

Furthermore, the last version of DocumentsCorePack enables users to insert pictures into documents (for more details about this functionality, please click here).

TI client interprets outgoing calls as incoming calls
When dialling out with TI Client, an outgoing call may be interpreted as an incoming call. This happens, if the the installed TAPI driver does not deliver the DialTone event.
If the TAPI driver delivers the DialTone event, the driver interprets the call as an outgoing call. Otherwise, the driver interprets the call as an incoming call. In order to avoid the latter case, you have to set a new CRM settingskey for TelephoneIntegration.

Arriving in beautiful Rome with sunshine and mild temperatures around 15 degrees, we checked in to the Rome Marriott Park Hotel and were delighted by the comfortable and beautiful ambience. As we arrived two days earlier, we did not hesitate to start discovering the beautiful city during a sightseeing tour on Saturday, visiting the Colosseum, the Trevi Fountain, the Saint Peter’s Cathedral and many more of the impressing sights.
